< back to all USA Digital Outdoor Network markets
The Jacksonville Digital Outdoor Network broadcasts an advertiser's 8-second spot in a 64-second rotation, 24 hours a day – delivering 1,250 guaranteed spots per day per display.
Our digital inventory is made up of four networks. Each has been designed so your message is displayed simultaneously on six high profile digital bulletins on major roads in the Jacksonville market while delivering a weekly 100-TRP.
We also offer 'virtual networks', allowing you to choose the locations that best suit your needs. With 23 locations, you can create a custom network to target areas either geographically or demographically.
Advertisers are encouraged to approach digital outdoor as an entirely new media form and exploit it's unparalleled flexibility. You have the ability to reach consumers with different messages at different times of the day. Plus, you can react instantly with quick creative changes and live updates.
When a child is reported as missing, every second counts. Being able to reach the public immediately through the Amber Alert system greatly increases the chance of a missing child being returned safely.
Clear Channel has dedicated digital billboards in Jacksonville to the Amber Alert program. Once an Amber Alert is triggered, we have the technological capability to post a message on the digital boards and reach the public within minutes.
This prompt timing could be the difference between the safe return of a child and tragedy.
Through an agreement with the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), Clear Channel Outdoor displays "wanted" messages on all of its digital billboards across the country to assist in the apprehension of fugitives. In addition to "wanted" bulletins, the FBI is able to display high-security messages relevant to the communities in which Clear Channel Outdoor's digital billboards operate. A protocol is also established for high priority "hot pursuit" messages to assist apprehending suspects in the immediate aftermath of the commission of a felony.
Since the agreement was formed in 2007, the initiative has led to the successful apprehension of 28 criminals as a direct result of information displayed on Clear Channel Outdoor's digital billboard networks across the country.
Clear Channel Outdoor Jacksonville provides media space on our Digital Outdoor Network for information that is in the public interest and public safety, especially in times of emergency or crisis. These areas concern fugitives at large or crime related events, crime prevention, and the dissemination of critical information during emergency situations, such as a hurricane. To that end, we have partnered with the Jacksonville Sheriffs Office, First Coast Crime Stoppers and Duval County Emergency Management.
Our digital units display a crisp, clear image with high color resolution making image impurities, such as compression artifacts or color banding, very apparent to the viewer. It is very important any content created for digital outdoor does not incur any image/video compression. The content dimensions must match the board resolution exactly.
