Before joining Clear Channel, Ms. Keller was the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of the Trustmark Companies, an $800 Million mutual holding company with numerous units engaged in insurance, third party administration and fitness and health management. During her career Ms. Keller also served as Deputy General Counsel for DVI Financial Services, Inc., a niche health care lender, and Associate General Counsel for Express Financial Solutions, a business unit of General Electric Commercial Finance. She was a Partner in the Corporate practice of the Chicago law firm of Freeborn & Peters, LLP and a Partner in the Corporate, Financial Services and Healthcare practices of Wolf Block Schorr Solis-Cohen in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Ms. Keller holds a J.D. and LLM in Taxation from Villanova University School of Law and a B.A., cum laude from Wells College, Aurora, New York. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the Outdoor Advertising Association of America. Ms. Keller is active with the United Way and has coached 8th grade girls basketball for 10+ years.
