Michael Hudes

Michael HudesMichael Hudes joined Clear Channel Outdoor in March 2004 as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and was promoted to Global Director of Digital Media in September of 2005. In his role he focuses on creating, partnering or acquiring media properties, taking advantage of new technology to drive greater returns on Clear Channel Outdoors’ existing global estate while identifying new ‘placed based” media channels and interactive platforms to reach consumers with more targeted and timely advertising and content.

Prior to joining Clear Channel Outdoor, Hudes was president and chief operating officer of AdSpace Networks, Inc. one of the first builders of digital media networks and software for managing advertising and promotion in public spaces.

As president and chief operating officer of Organic, Inc., he oversaw the company's evolution from a small web site builder into a leading global digital marketing services company. Under Hudes leadership and direction revenues grew from approximately $700,000 to more than $128 million over a four-year period.

Hudes also served as director of marketing and advertising partnerships at da Vinci Time & Space, a leading interactive television company focused on creating original content and development tools for interactive programming; and vice president, director of new business development at Ketchum Advertising. He began his career in advertising with the Young & Rubicam companies, now a unit of WPP Group plc.

Michael is the founding Chairman of the Outdoor Advertising Association’s Digital Signage Committee and is a member of the OAAA’s Interactive Marketing Committee. He frequently is an invited speaker at media industry conferences.
